Teaching with Heart. Living with Laughter. Leading with Love.
For over 20 years, I’ve been a classroom teacher in the Atlanta area — and I absolutely love it! Teaching keeps me grounded, curious, and endlessly inspired.
Along the way, I’ve also become an award-winning digital content creator with a community of 3.5 million followers across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook. But spending time with “Ms. Chang” isn’t just about trends — it’s about radical kindness, laughter, and real-world inspiration.
Real Talk, Real Life
I invite audiences into every part of my world — from my classroom chaos to family vacations with my wife and our two young sons. I don’t filter out the messy parts: my teaching goofs, my aging face, or my misunderstood classroom décor.
Because here’s the truth — teaching is real, and I believe honesty connects us more than perfection ever could.
My goal? For you to walk away from any video, keynote, or conversation feeling refreshed, safe, cared for, and valued.
❤️ Keeping It Real
From tackling tough conversations with colleagues and parents, to managing teacher test anxiety, to navigating online criticism — I’m not afraid to go there.
I call my approach “soft activism” — because, as my Grandma always said, “You attract more bees with honey.”
🌈 Making an Impact
I’ve been invited to the White House (twice!) to join national discussions on LGBTQ+ education and inclusion.
As a Distinguished University of Georgia Alumni, I’ve also had the honor of speaking internationally, bringing laughter, empathy, and hope wherever I go.
I love partnering with brands that uplift educators — from Amazon and Microsoft to Coca-Cola — finding creative ways to celebrate teachers and the work we do.
📚 A Passion for Learning
With three master’s degrees (in TESOL, College Administration, and Applied Linguistics) and a decade in gifted education, I speak on topics that blend creativity, inclusion, and authenticity.
Because wherever I am — whether in a classroom, on stage, or online — you’ll find laughter, honesty, and a sense of sanctuary.
Let’s Make Something Happen
I love connecting with schools, districts, and conferences that want PD to feel personal, energizing, and real. Whether it’s a keynote, workshop, or custom event, I’d love to bring laughter and heart to your educators.
